Compostia. Mosaic and wood sculpture

This life size sculpture depicts a new goddess; Compostia, the goddess of composting. Her sumptuous body is carved our of wood and covered with a micro mosaic green trellis and industrial glass tile with some fused glass elements.  A buried skull at her base reminds us of cycle of past lives that give strength to new live. Her body is six inches by sin inches height 5 feet 8 inches. It comes with a base that hides fastening hardware so she looks like she is standing alone and proud while secure to the floor. Perfect for a corner in a home or outdoor space with shade.
